The meditation classes are accessible to everyone and are universal.
Each meditation includes a physical and mental preparation with: asanas (yoga postures), relaxation technics, breath work, focus exercises, and self-awareness methods.
Dancing Tree's teacher offers guidance during the meditation class,
but also a follow-up along your path.
